Veterans Reimbursement
The U.S Department of Veteran Affairs and the Department of Defense has accredited the Certified Autism Specialist and Autism Certification programs for military veterans, spouses and dependents of military veterans. As a result, the U.S Department of Veteran Affairs will reimburse 100% of the fees associated with the CAS or AC program for anyone using their GI Bill benefits. Learn more here.

Certified Autism Specialist
(CAS) Eligibility
- Master’s Degree & 2+ years experience treating or supporting individuals with autism
(OR a Bachelor’s Degree & 10+ years of experience) - 14 continuing education hours:

- Registry fee: *$495
- Renewal fee: $199 every two years
- The registration fee includes application review, Autism Competency Exam, issuance of certification number, certificate, and wallet ID card sent via mail. A digital badge is also available upon request.**
